That flood was NOTHING. It proved that if one is stupid enough to build where a flood can occur, one deserves what happens. Move, or build appropriately. At the end of the clip there was a house on stilts: take a lesson, okay!
Build on stilts, or do not build! If you build without stilts (or buy, or the like) then it sucks to be as stupid as you. Nature is nature. If it rains you build a roof. If a Hurricane is likely you build one Hell of a tough roof. If you do not, IT IS YOUR FAULT!
