This one took 4 passes, however the one before this one was a little off, and it took 5 passes to be completed.

Hi Robbie, we took a 7" wide wood, then cut them into several pieces at 1/4" widths.

Glued all the pieces together, laminated them.

Then, using a metallic "L" brackets, forming the curve, we bent it using C-Clamps.
