An easier way is to let him see run into the first hole and run to the other side to the opposite hole, the get his attention. When he comes over to peek into that hole run back through to the first hole, exit and run up behind the horsey...jump onto to his hiney. Works every time.

Is there a way to turn off the voice that gives you tips when you're taking too long to fight the colossus? I was trying to figure this one out, and it said "Deceive them by going underground" or something like that. I felt so dumb for not figuring it out, but kinda down that it gave it away.

i have trouble controlling agro at this boss to jump onto the ass from one of the hills

a much more fun way to do this is when he bends down to sleep/look for you get on agro on the other side (agro automatically comes to you) and jump off the ledge towards its head(with agro)and jump off and grab onto the chains. the way ur actually supposed to to it is climb up his chains from the hole when he looks for you.

All he's doing is fast forwarding gameplay. It helps people like us so we don't have to watch him get there in normal speed, and normal speed is somewhat slow and makes riding there seem hours.

This colossus is one of the easiest... I beat it in under 4 minutes in Time Attack mode

Ok, I've been wondering about this game. Do you ONLY kill the colossus'? Or is there actually like a town or side quests or anything? Dude, don't watch these videos before you play through the game. The fun of the game is derived from actually figuring out, on your own, how to beat each colossi. If you know how to do it beforehand there's no challenge, and no sense of accomplishment... i.e. no fun.
