  • When I was growing up, I called 'em "roundy-round" trucks, lol.

  • what kinda transmission do those have in? i heard one take off from a stop sign, and the engine just reved up and it smoothly took off. it was like some kind of CVT or something...

  • Concrete Truck....

  • Hell its really called a transit mixer so... you're all wrong? But really, concrete truck will work.

  • my dad owns 12 of them. i'm 13 years old

  • i agree with u! i I'd love to drive this truck!

  • I promise I will never, ever again, call a 'concrete truck' a 'cement truck'. I had no idea!

  • @JimNtexas you could buy it for me if ud like

  • TEREX thay are the best. Oshoskosh not so much

  • Concrete truck....not cement

  • @crushedcranium -Thanks for the correction. Is there such a thing as a 'cement truck', or have I been calling them the wrong thing all these years?

  • @JimNtexas yes there are cement trucks, but they transport the cement powder that is used in the making of concrete. i called them cement trucks also until i went to work for a precast concrete company...i quickly discovered my boss did not like it when someone (me) called a concrete truck a cement truck lol

  • @JimNtexas I have no idea why so many people call them "cement trucks," although cement is an ingredient in concrete.

  • @crushedcranium you can call it whatever you want

  • i work on them all the time... I don't like them much.

  • im from oshkosh and i drive an oshkosh mixer truck ... i compare it to driving 15 ton go cart lol

  • @ruger7226 - You Are certainly King of the Road!

  • i drive one everyday. trust me they are FUN!!

  • @gilstrap44 - I'm glad to hear it, it sure looks like 'The Bomb'. Thanks for watching!

  • that front diff is huge

  • Good work on the series Jim. Looks like quite the attraction. I also remember those rough and rugged metal Tonka toys. Virtually undestructable! I saw a cement truck similar to the one on your video, about 30 years ago at a trade show in Las Vegas. Of course it was a futuristic concept then.

    Enjoying you videos!

  • I remember those too Jim. I also liked the bulldozers. Never got any of the big ones but I did get the little one.
