the emulators have all been translated into english and the forum is offline because hackers gained access to the hosted sql database and the host deleted everything, im currently trying to find a backup so i can restore the forum.

x760+ and the dingoo a320 have a different outa case that some find more conveniant and more comfortable to play on, and there are minor differences in base code which means sim. (emulators) cant be switched between them but both have the same emulators anyway, the .app games can be played on both consoles.
