Anyone that throws a punch from their back is a piece of shit. The Nhl needs th change the rules. They either need to give the guy on his back a game misconduct for throwing a punch, or allow the guy on top to retaliate after being hit with a punch from a downed opponent.

For anyone not familiar with the rules, you get a game misconduct penalty in addition to the fighting major if you hit a downed opponent. The Nathan Horton vs phaneuf fight this season shows what a bullshit rule this is.
