Despite the bad resolution even at 480, this was a very good tutorial up until the end. Why do you ask? Because he didn't even have a CD/DVD Recorder connected to his computer & that's why he couldn't mention the fact you must use Blank CD's not DVD's. Anyways, i still liked the video and his advice worked very well.

Thanks for the video, but it does seem a MDS or MDF will not burn to a DVD. I am guessing because each file even though blank has been formated to accept different data. I have tried another method changing the file extention instead of it saying .MDF to .ISO and the file will now open in Winrar, but an error comes up saying this file is not recognizeable,is this norma.?

When I try to install Achohol it says Unable to initialize achohol 120% setup.

And I cant use daemon tools either because it gives me another error.

And every other program I have to pay for or doesnt support mdf files.

Ok, so, I've got Alcohol 120% and I'd like to burn my mdf/mds files the way that you described. The game that I want to burn states that it's a PCDVD on the game package at the store. Does that mean that I need to burn it as a DVD or can I use a CD?

Very useful - but missing one very important point. If you simply want to make the file viewable as a video (without copying it to a CD / DVD) then just mount the file on the virtual drive. Your movie player program will now see that the computer has a new (virtual) drive and can play from it.

man. i need help. i follow your steps one by one but nothing happens. the percentage of succesful burning is stuck to 0%. no matter what. when i open alcochol there are no files like shown at 1:05. and thus i dont get the comfirmation for succesfully mounted file. wtf is wrong?
