I never seen Gino and Anya as a proper couple like LelouchxCC or SuzakuxYuffie for example, but I see him with Kallen even less. He's too much of a player and she gets a too much jealous for anything. At least Anya is laid back enough to let him pass a few flings he might have with other girls.
