Last election there were 33% vote for the opposition. How come opposition ending up only have 2 seats out of 84 seats in the parliament? 33/100 x 84= 28 seats

cos the 33% came from the few places where the opposition actually contested in. So many walk overs by PAP, but naturally those aren't counted in the 66% 'landslide' too
