Oh my gosh, my son's Greek buddy brought this by at xmas. I have been craving it ever since. The best dessert ever. This cured me of my chocolate addiction. HA

Hi Elena,
It holds really well. It is a little messy since it has syrup but if you let it cool and have something to cover it you should be fine traveling with it. Enjoy!

If I want to bring this to a place 3 hours away from my house, would it be better to bake and pour on the syrup before I leave, or bring the assembled dessert and bake it there?
