i know how to put lead the somewhere,

but how do u put them in groups specificly?

I divide my men with the strongest going over the river so i can flank the artillary then i plac e my artillary to weaken his then when he starts to move onto my start soild i rush him

hold the space bar to see where you units move

hold the right mouse button and drag the unit to the position you want

Cheers buddy.. had a few problems with the game, when i got it off amazon the person i bought it off had not deactivated his steam account of something! cut a long story short i got my money back and have still not got the game yet... i could do with a better graphics card and more RAM apparently 8)

I did not take all my units either on the left flank. I left some horses at the right flank to wait for US to leave their cannons and then i destroyed them. Moved som inf in from right and the rest from the left and had the US cut in the corner. Peace of cake.

Ram up to 4GB - should be around £40 - and Get an 8800 512 MB Graphics card - or 9800 512mb Graphics card - £60-£100

vista 64 with 2 GB ram - dude your stupid! - boost it up to 6 GB and really feel the power

2Gb isn't reccommended for vista 32 systems like mine - I had 2GB and boosted it to the absolute max RAM - and Games generally run a lot faster - it will run very smoothly - especially with an 8800GT

it seems in most videos ppl have up loaded, they move their entire force to the left flank... probably cause of that cut scene that showed the path but come on, i attacked head on, let my rifles pick apart their 24 pdrs, my 9 pdrs ripped thier infantry, advanced my infantry to the creek, meanwhile all my cavarly (part from the gen) and my grenediers took the left flank, routing those hidden units... good game! can't wait!

I think I were defeated in 15 minutes on the first try. Sent all my cavalry around to the west to flank the americans by the creek. Anyway almost all cavalry died, one battery was blown away when advancing to the hill in front of the creek. The rest of the infantry almost all got killed a bit further from the creek after destroying the american batteries. Nice2know! Another try tonight! hehe

you should leave ur infantry where u had them and just run ur cavalry accross the river crossing and attack the enemy from the side with a suprise attack then march ur infantry foward while their fighting off ur cavalry

well if you would upgrade your video card i would say you can play on high settings not very high but high settings.

The game is awsome. I got the demo (it took bout 2 hours to download) and i think everything is so much better that the other tw games. I got slaughtered on my first battle cause im so used to Rome:Total War but on my second go i won. The naval battles are great too. Just one bad thing....My pc can only just run it on medium. My specs are ( windows xp) intel core 2 duo, E4500, 2.2GHz, 1GB ram.
