oh my god...this is an epic , undiying, monumental, mythical, transcendent, supernatural, magical masterpiece of unimaginable proportions... but all those descriptions are just words... nothing can describe this music... my advice is to sit back with eyes closed for at least 45 minutes every day.. while listening to one of Beethoven 's symphonies... then you really enjoy the music.

Especially since many composers of the time worked for rich patrons who would provide them with enough money to live if they composed music, played it, ect. for them. So in all Classical music was very well-respected at its time.

Who knows what most people thought about this music. All music is respected in all times depending on the audience. Either way, it's beautiful music and so is rap and so is jazz.
