Nice show! Showing mostly the others and not you was nice. Question about current use, are these temples ancient ruins or are they curretnly in little or no use?
Some are in use. In Mantangh for example they are building a new school for monks (150-200 students). We have visited several temples where there is a very active religious community. But of course you also find the ancient ruins and at several places you can see how the monks (and people) lived in caves in the rock face.
I visited Mustang in 2005.
