Im in the process of making my first luring video. I would recommend this way because it has a high success rate. The red portal lure hardly ever works for me but if you have a decent script and friends you can trust then give that one a go :D

Don't seem too excited though, you want to be "pro" about it. Act like it's a normal thing.

Chances are if you tell them to go grab a mask/santa real quick they'll either ask why, or tell you their bank worth. Just work it from there.
