Flame Mammoth actually has two weaknesss (I don't know the proper plural for "weakness") out of Vile's arsenal, they are 1) Straight Nightmare (shoulder), and 2) Splash Hit (leg), which, stupidly enough, has NOTHING to do with water, other than the fact you can't have it without beating Launch Octopus.
The goy who is like mix of SNiper Joe and KnightMan is actually called Hoganmer. Yeah, Sniper Joes only appear in callic series and Network Transmission
Kuposan3, I believed that cutting off the trunk prevents Flame Mammoth from spraying the conveying belt with oil, which Flame Mammoth then can light with fire.
@aliastheabnormal thats exactly what it does, it prevents him from laying small oil slicks which he spits all around and can ignite into flames as high (or nearly) as the walls, that combined with his ability to switch the moving floor can work things to his favor so that the screen is nearly filled with raging flames, the flames continue to burn for a duration so they last for a short bit after ignition so if theres too many ignited slicks then your gonna be in trouble
Say Shagg, after you defeat a maverick, perhaps you could add in some victory theme? It could be a Megaman victory theme or some other game's victory theme.
Oh, and perhaps you could assign each of these Mavericks a different "boss theme" to give them a bit more personality? The SMW2 Miniboss Theme is already getting stale.
