once the difference between the 25 key and 49 key? I dont know how to play the keyboard so should I start out with 25 keys?

There are not that mush differences, of course there is the number of keys that I strongly recommend the 49 one, but other than that nothing major.

@smoovekid07 yea cause the axiom has an octave changer which means you can move down your octaves so its like you have the same amount of keys there just not all there

nice, well done. do u think a 25 key is big enough to play in 2 hands or u need at least 49 key?

I have removed my comment because I was probably wrong. Found out myself that the lead has only 8 notes. so theres enough pads to play it.

I think it's just cool when people use the pads to trigger chords but if the actual keyboard keys are used for that, the pads can be used for a lot more stuff. Learning the notes on the keyboard can be rewarding.

@scenesfromamemory801 if you watch the movie you see he can play it both ways, i guess it saves time not having to switch between the instruments.. Though you probably can map it to another channel and just change channels on the keyboard when you want to direct another instrument, no idea how that would work.

just pick the axiom in the midi surface selector and p10 (afik) on the axiom. should all work
