it's good but a little sloppy, mainly at the section that starts around 0:19 seconds. listen to the song again so you can nail it, and if you need further help you can message me, or go to ultimate-guitar and look at one of the tabs. basically you're strumming the entire chord, but you're actually supposed to kind of break the chord up into two halves.

otherwise your cover is really tight and your guitar tone is spot on. good job.
