Thanks... I actually spent a lot of time trying out the Canon's and the Sony's. What held me back from the Sony was price and the odd memory card. The Canon HF11 was going to be my choice but does not have an Hard Drive Memory. It only runs on SD. I am tired of keeping track of the card, but it was still a great camera. Good luck

It ran me about 570.00.. on Amazon. I just checked it and it's now 582.. Hmmm.. I save a few bucks... It is very easy to use so far. I have to sit down and read the manual to make sure I don't miss any of the features. I'll have a full review hopefully in a few days.
