i played a salmon on my 8 wt there last year and for the 1st half hour i dont think it knew it was hooked. took almost an hour with a 6lb tippet

they are running the river at 750cfs starting saturday until sunday the fish should start moving up soon

the trestle pool is a nice area try the staircase great abundace of fish there
