in the special features when she was saying that subtitles below my screen said "I know something about peter" so i couldn't understand her because she was probably speaking japanese,but that is what she said on the security tape.

That's actually true, because that exact same sound clip can be found, unedited, in the scene where Peter and Karen are reading her diary. When Kayako's voice is reading random lines in her diary, you can just make out in the background whatever she says in this video.
