  • the "2" dislike were actually the "sticks"

  • This guy is a master

  • dude those drums sound freakin awesome!!! i had the chance to check out one of ocdps venice kits at guitar center ans its really good!!! nice loud snare (which im really picky about) along with the second best bass (also picky, first being 20'x20' maple from ddrum) love the kit

  • those toms are just a thud

  • ocdp's customer service sucks I had a snare made by them and I really had to wait long times to get a reply from them and besides their quality is not that good, my snares bottom edges are uneven which make it really hard to tune right...

OCDP IS CRAP, just look in forums many people have had the same problem or worse than mine

  • this is the drummer from Korn?

  • Yes, now he is Korn's drummer

  • wow, kind of stepped up his game.

  • amazing drummer! not bad to look at either :P

  • Are the hi hats A custom master sound?

  • Ray doesn't let the guy finish some of his sentences lol

  • no after tone love it

  • nice drums

  • Those toms sounds fantastic

  • ahh loving it

  • Everyone check the "About This Video" update for more on Ray's abrupt change to Ddrum. Take care everyone, and keep playin'!!! =]

  • ray luzier changed to ddrums ...

  • gut

  • Ray Luzier and Shane Gibson are the new additions to KORN in 2008. The band just went up 10 notches!

  • i played that set when it was there that year.... it sounds like shit in real life. the acrylic wood combination is a crap choice.

  • Dude, lots of people use the one up one down setup with two crashes and a ride, it's not like Travis Barker invented it.

  • it was philly joe jones who did it first

  • Those toms sounds fantastic

  • dude

the description had me waiting for the ending

    fuckin INSANE speed

  • that is travis barker's drum set?

  • no it is mine! noo it is actually a demo kit that ocdp just has. it is at there show room in oc. it is not for sale. maybe you could call in and ask for a duplicate?

  • OC's are the shitt mayynn !

  • that kit sounds amazing!! the toms r orgasmic lol

  • just by listening to those toms helps me become a better drum tuner

  • which is the best DW 5000 pedal or DW 9000 pedal?? thanks guys

  • It's all a matter of preference man. The 5000 is considerably cheaper, although the 9000 have alot more adjustability and features. If I had too choose between the two, I'd go for the 9000 (for obvious reasons) it can do pretty much everything the 5000 can, and then some. But if you're looking to save a couple dollars, then I'd say go ahead and pick up the 5000!! Both are fantastic pedals either way. =]

  • Those toms sounds fantastic

  • hate the snare sound but the rest of the kit is raw.

  • best drum brand out there. no question a bout it.

does the fact that u can not walk into a store and pic up a set say anything to anybody??

  • look at many drummers like abe cunningham, he started playing OCDP, while using those drumsets, the sound was perfect, then he switched to tama(for money I guess) and now deftones suck at live performances, much of their power was thanks to that OCDP kit he used.

At least when he played OCDP you could clearly hear the drumset, now with tama it's pure shit.

  • The snare sounds perfect, it's what I've been craving for years, too bad I can't get OCDP on my country

but I strongly think that dw and tama(at least at drums quality) are far inferior than OCDP

  • I LOVE Effin' Lightnin' Luzier!

  • porley made it toke six mouths for mine to be made and they let me com in a see it being made and play on travis's first kit.

  • poorly made? you dunno what your talking about!

  • patton doesnt know what he's talking about, hes a good player, and i love hybrid kits!

  • for real why would you hate OCDP ?

  • Poorly made drums with shitty Chinese hardware...(Sunlite)

  • Since when has DW hardware been shitty and even if it isent DW hardware on the kit it wud still be made to a high standard

  • i thought DW & Tama are they best brands you could buy? and thats not a qeustion!

  • they are, I guess, but in my opinion, the OCDP drums are more versatile and the company pays more attention to the sound YOU want. It's all tastes.

  • Wow, that shows how much you know about drum building. Sunlite doesnt make tube lugs, rims mount, gauger mounts, or ocdps special lug.

  • God I hate Orange County drums...

    Good player ,this guy, though...

  • why do you hate OCDP???

  • sweet

  • holy shit.

  • lol
