Love the people who want to link this to Obama or health reform. Every member of the panel that made this recommendation was appointed by Bush. NONE by Obama. Second, you don't think rationing -- extreme rationing -- is going on right now from the insurance companies?
Nancy Snyderman ("Dr. Nancy") on MSNBC was on Morning Joe defending the new rules, comparing it to rationing the food you eat and how much sleep you get.
But that's not the point. People make their own choices what to eat and how long to sleep, and they should choose whether or not they want to get a mammogram. If the government is the one paying, they'll suggest something "better" like Snyderman said.
Then move to Russia, if you prefer to buy everything where everythings for sale. You can even buy a hitman there! In the meantime, the rational among us are going to move America towards the other civilized countries and get universal coverage.

If this abomination of a bill somehow passes the Senate then whoever runs in 2010 and 2012 needs to run oh a repeal platform like no other.

You'd prefer a profit-motive telling you what you can get! Filth!

I would prefer capitalism, which we don't have in health care.
