Nancy Snyderman ("Dr. Nancy") on MSNBC was on Morning Joe defending the new rules, comparing it to rationing the food you eat and how much sleep you get.

But that's not the point. People make their own choices what to eat and how long to sleep, and they should choose whether or not they want to get a mammogram. If the government is the one paying, they'll suggest something "better" like Snyderman said.
