wow. that was very informative. more than one area of protected space, sliced. that's the problem with the oc- build now, think about proper infrastructure later, f*ck the open space i want my exclusive lifestyle. the tollroads already charge an arm and a leg just to go a few miles on/around the 91 as it is. this road would only be for the rich people who can continue to afford it. not to mention they raise the toll every year. who's idea was this to profit off of public infrastructure needs?
