  • dude!

  • I love toyotas, but they just weren't made for mud. Nothing beats them for rock crawling and trail riding though.

  • nice truck. i want the lock rite but heard locker in the front in snow is a bad idea.

  • heard ur belt slip.

  • I drove my honda civic, with 36 inch lift kit through this. I done call it white shite driftin.

  • Damn just a little more and you woulda had it bro. Jerk the wheel back n forth! I saw you doing it at the beginning but once you are stuck like that, need to do it every single time to grab onto the side of the ruts. Just my opinion.

  • MORE SKINNY PEDAL! lol

  • ha, more throttle!!

  • How do you like the all pro bumper? I'm thinking about one for my 03 doublecab. Is it good for recovery points?

  • @newdimensionfilms It is well worth the money. The only downfall would be the lack of recovery points. There is a down tube under the winch plate that mounts to the bracket then the frame. I have used it alot and seems to work.

  • @bghyf

Hmm they may have redesigned it because the one on the website now has recovery points. Thanks!

  • wanna no y it got stuck???!!! IN AINT AMERICAN!!!!!!!

  • @TheoneandonlyArbiter

what the does its country of origin have to do with getting stuck? Even if that was an arguing point, American trucks have less ground clearance and weigh 2,000-5,000lbs more than a Toyota minitruck.

  • @TheoneandonlyArbiter bro honestly i only drove american trucks until i got my tacoma (totaled my silvarado and got it for a really good price) at first i thought i was gonna hate it but it's actually a really good truck for the size and its got power for a little v6.my trucks got a 3 inch suspention lift and a 3 inch body lift with 33 inch mickey thompson atz's and it'll go toe to toe with american trucks got in the mud

  • i have a 2001 tacoma

  • next time try by train ...:-)

  • thats one sexy fucking truck man

  • thats more of a fly trap.

  • oh im sorry that sounds baddd. snorkle!

  • they're build for off road but that's just muddy water getting in engine compartment possibly causing damages. not good idea.

  • yeah the jeep would have tried to go through but the owner didnt want to get his skirt muddy.

  • time to invest in a snorkel.

  • Bet that jeep in the back ground would of made it . Still good vid though

  • so how did he get out ?

  • @jonathanxfike I made it out on my next attempt.

  • @bghyf how do you like the locker??? even on road??

  • @ChristianJames6759 It did its job off road for sure. On road depends on the driver. I like to hear tires chirp on slow turns while on the gas. If not on the gas at all and turning into a parking spot you can hear the gears ratcheting. 95% of people standing by think your rig just broke. But 95% of people dont know what a locker is. So I love it.

  • Where is your rear diff lock BUTTON?

Why tear off engine and don't know where is that useful BUTTON rear diff lock magics?

I'm sure with TRD packaging you have rear diff lock even 2wd u can lock rear and get out from the stuck like that very EZ!

  • This truck does not have the TRD option. Wouldnt have mattered anyway because it has a lock-rite locker in the rear. My main problem was I couldnt get the rpm's up because i sucked in some water.

  • @bghyf

Yeah. At 00:21 (and onwards) you can hear it sucking like a bitch. High five for keeping it going.

  • @bghyf Hows the lock-rite? I've been looking into getting one for my 97 tacoma.

  • @911turb0 The lock-rite works great. It is loud when turning into a parking spot, You can hear it ratchet. But when you give it a little power all you hear is you tire chirp. I have no complaints about it, it is cheap and reliable.

  • @bghyf you couldn't get the rpm up because you're trying to spin 100lb swampers

  • on my 2000 the rr e-locker button is to the left of the steering wheel say some thing like "RR Locking Diff" hope this helps CharlieDoan

  • this is for bghyf....

dude the do not mess with ur vision at all....i own a 2007 trd sport 4x4 and not once has it bugged me. so come on yeah they're for show but dont say somethin that isn't true.

  • pura lata

  • my wife has a taco that would own that hole

  • you're wife's hole looks like a taco

  • lol

  • too funny

  • tacoma owns.. I have a 97 model new tires the rest is stock but it can still own the mud

  • i like the sound of the exhaust pipe underwater.

  • I like how the jeep is watchin the Yota do all the work. Fvck Jeeps!! Yota 4 Life

  • Thats because the jeeps already been through.

  • I like the 4 door jeep wrangler so shut your mouth ass hole

  • 4X4 stuck in the mud! That's the end!!! NOOO! xD

  • STUCK

  • and can you find a sport hood like the new ones for the 04?

  • The sport hoods are all for show. They do look cool but they serve no purpose and they block your vision.

  • Your yotas are nice but i still love my cummins!!! lol when did you get your new one?And did you sell your old one or trade it in?

  • I traded it in about 4 months ago. Hated to do it but found out that the new baby wouldnt fit in the extra cab, and had to do something quick. Toyota for life! I would love to get a cummins they are sick trucks, just couldnt afford it. Keep on wheeling!

  • dude I love your yota!!! what all did you do to it"?

  • you got a rear diff breather on that beast?

  • I guess even Toyotas get stuck sometimes...

  • toyotas dont get stuck they just get delayed XD

  • that is true

  • @holyluke till a jeep shows up and pull them out.

  • @WhiteGravey ha there was a jeep there and he was doing nothing because he and his heep are pussys.

  • almost made it.

    sweet truck dude

  • which do you prefer, a taco like yours or a chevy s10 zr2? like overall which is better?

  • I like toyota better. There is a ton of aftermaket parts, and they hold their value way better.

  • yea and that's whats killing me right now haha. now what about performance and gas mileage? (i know what the epa says but they are never right)

  • mileage depends on what you do with your truck. Bigger tires will hurt the mileage some. It will help if you gear it. I just bought an 08 tacoma and i only get around 13 to 14 mpg, but i drive it like i stole it! You just cant go wrong with a toyota.

  • well whichever truck i pick the tires will be 31" all terrain bfgs (biggest i would go will be 33") any bigger would require a lift and that defeats the purpose of throwing the extra money down for stock lifted trucks. also i was just looking at the newer model tacomas (2005-present) and their interiors are sick. the exterior looks cool also. plus the used ones are the same price range as the previous models. is the 4.0 bad or something? and do people really favorite the 3.4 over the 4.0?

  • i like the 4.0 it has about 50 hp more than the 3.4. I still like the body style of the 04better. i had to get a 4-door for the new baby, but I would rather have the old body style in a 4-door v-6 5-speed, I just couldnt find one

  • i like the old body style to but what would be awesome if you could get a new console/dash and put it in the previous model. cause i too like the previous ones but with the insane looking interiors of the new tacos, it's a hard choice.

  • Damn, so close. Did you drive it out? The video kinda cuts that part out.

  • I did finally make it out. The air filter got soaked so it ran like crap.

  • naw man calm down its probably more like 17

  • my buddy had a V6 taco w. 35" tires n a 6 inch procomp lift and it DID get about 14mpg( he sold it and got a stock jeep 4.0L) hes half retarded

  • Good work on that truck.

  • Thanks I love this truck

  • WHATS THE MPG?

  • about 14 on the average

  • Great video, but i'll never watch it again because my 04 silver trd is no longer mine. but still a great video. I'm jelouse

  • did you get out of their? my uncle has the same exat truck and it sweet! i have the new tundra! i gnjoy it! toyota is the best manifacture out their! toyota#1!

  • thats not the tank trap i have ever seen.

  • HEHEHE... COOL!!! looks like a Hippo!!

  • hey what size lift u running and tires? i am getting an 03 taco and plan on lifting it so just trying to get some feedback on good lifts

  • it has a 6" fabtech lift, and i installed 1" coil spacers up front. The tires are 33x12.50r15 swampers bias ply that actually measure closer to a 34". I have a set of 35" bfg mudders that still rub a little when the wheels are cranked all the way and i hit a bump. I have to say i love the fabtech lift

  • ITS all about toyotas...

  • for sure

  • Where did you get your light bar?? I have a 98 and i can't find them anywhere.

  • its a full tube bumper from all pro offroad.

  • Sweet Taco! did you have to winch out or did you reverse-forward-reverse-forward until you made it? I got a few Taco vidz too if you wanna check out.

  • had to reverse--forward once more, then finally got out

  • Nice! can't wait to have 4x4 fixed on my boyfriends truck then we'll be out doing that too!

by the way.. that truck looks familiar to me

    ~L

  • awesome, hopefully you get it fixed soon. My truck has been in medford since new

  • Nice truck man. if you wouldnt have slowed down, I believe you would have mad it.

  • you are right i filled my air cleaner with water and bogged it down. i did finally make it out though

  • thats a sweet yota, sounds awesome, JEEPERS FOR LIFE!!!! LOL
