if you need money after buying all of these things just hold down shift+control+c and the ceat engine will pop up just type in motherlode and hit enter, it will give you $50,000 no joke i promise!! and you can do it as many times as you want! just make sure you speel it motherlode, or it won't work!

@painterofemotions High End Loft is a stuff pack, Just like the stuff packs for the sims 2. All they do is add about 50-100 new objects to the game, no new added features or anything, added features come in the expansion packs. High End Loft adds furniture and new lifetime goals and wants.

I like the 3rd one better cuz at least they practically take care of thereselves. The sims 2 was agonising. I had to like constantly take care of my sims and my pet in sims 2 pets. Like they would usually fall asleep on the floor and I would get them back up, than they would go back down. Also the eat bar would go down and they would faint and the ambulance ppl would come and pour water on them or my sim will or w/e. It was seriously crazy I couldn't quite take it.

there was actually a cheat about it...but i forgot what it is. Boolprop i think. i don't know really, i haven't played sims 2 on computer ever. i only played it on psp but i have sims 3.

That's cool, the only sims games i ever played were sims 2 pets and the sims 3. I wouldn't completely know since i haven't played most of the sims 2 and original sims games.

This is a good video, but honestly, you aren't putting the furniature in its proper atmosphere. I'm thinking some nice clean hardwood floors - maybe even becuase of how modern it is, some stone. With the hardwood you're going to need brick walls. With the stone, black. Also keeping your color scheme black/white would be nice. So, just keeping the entire building modern (like in the trailer) would really compliment the furnishings. =]
