Its so obvious when mariah sings live vs lipping. She needs to practice her lip acting skills a bit better. When she sings live, she makes a lot of facial expressions like she is constipated. When she looks more relaxed then she is faking it.

ok, don't get me wrong, she's a beautiful singer. BUT, this was definitely a lip sync. If you know the original version then you know that this was the version from the album. she never sounds exactly like she does on the album live, unless she lip syncs.

Mariah tried everything in her career not to be catched! From full lipsync to prerecorded performances to half prerecorded half live performances to half studio/half live perf....Poor Mariah.

I will be completly honest with you : In studio her voice always sound awesome and perfect and has so much range cause the engineers raise up the key of Mariah's voice, I think she is doing that since Glitter and it is possible to do that (I work in studio,the singer sing some notes lower and they raise up the key).That's why she never really belt those notes live,and when she is it is from the CD track (Charmbracelet is when she did that the most).
She was probably so frustrated after her voice lost so much range between Daydream and Butterfly.
You might agree or not but I could spend hours showing you the performances and telling you when she is doing that and bla bla bla.LOL I have nothing against her,I'm a fan, but Mariah is NOT perfect and I don't like the fact she is cheating the audience.
Her voice definitely loss range between Daydream and Butterfly but that is only the whistle register, she still has a tight chest voice. I do not agree however that she is cheating the audience. No artist is perfect.
I do not agree with that because I have heard her live in concert on tour twice and her chest voice sounds amazing, she still sings the older songs the way that she used to. I am a professional singer technically and I definitely have an ear so I can tell you that the whistle register was airy from Butterfly through Charmbracelet. Her whistle register is back to being amazing but it was not in between those years, the minute that she left her husband you can hear the difference in her whistle.
Also, she is just more nervous when she performs live at award shows. That is why she does not always sound the same, but on tour she sounds flawless normally. I disagree about the chest voice so we will just have to disagree.

i was listening to this song like 20x yesterday while on the train towards hom as i was having a bad day and that i found out that people was backstabbing me for the things that i was not wrong off and this song has help me so so much, it given me hope and answer! Thank god for this song

Mariah tried everything in her career not to be catched! From full lipsync to prerecorded performances to half prerecorded half live performances to half studio/half live perf....Poor Mariah.
Here this is obviously lipped lol, not live for one pound!

I will be completly honest with you : In studio her voice always sound awesome and perfect and has so much range cause the engineers raise up the key of Mariah's voice, I think she is doing that since Glitter and it is possible to do that (I work in studio,the singer sing some notes lower and they raise up the key).That's why she never really belt those notes live,and when she is it is from the CD track (Charmbracelet is when she did that the most).

She was probably so frustrated after her voice lost so much range between Daydream and Butterfly.
You might agree or not but I could spend hours showing you the performances and telling you when she is doing that and bla bla bla.LOL I have nothing against her,I'm a fan, but Mariah is NOT perfect and I don't like the fact she is cheating the audience.

Her voice definitely loss range between Daydream and Butterfly but that is only the whistle register, she still has a tight chest voice. I do not agree however that she is cheating the audience. No artist is perfect.

LOL, that's exactly the opposite my friend :)
Her chest voice register has diminished so much,, but Mariah hide that by lipping the high belts since Butterfly-Rainbow era.
But it's not perfect so any personn with some ear can hear the trick.
Her whistle register is STILL AMAZING.

I do not agree with that because I have heard her live in concert on tour twice and her chest voice sounds amazing, she still sings the older songs the way that she used to. I am a professional singer technically and I definitely have an ear so I can tell you that the whistle register was airy from Butterfly through Charmbracelet. Her whistle register is back to being amazing but it was not in between those years, the minute that she left her husband you can hear the difference in her whistle.

Also, she is just more nervous when she performs live at award shows. That is why she does not always sound the same, but on tour she sounds flawless normally. I disagree about the chest voice so we will just have to disagree.
