This song is actually just called 'You'. It was recorded in Philadelphia on Gamble & Huff's Philly International label, and the vocals were provided by The Jones Girls.

I'm not crazy about the LP, since it's mainly just jazz, but this track and Song For Sherry are nice mid-tempo soulful jazz numbers.

I think he's also the same guy who plays on Salsoul Orchestra's Magic Journey LP. Except on that record, his name is spelled Michael Pedecine Jr.
