  • Cheap amp + Great sound = Roland Micro Cube

  • Excelent AC/DC tone!

  • i have it bt i dnt no hw it use

  • really nice amp, i have one but the playing sounds like a cat being killed

  • @stickyandhat i got micro cube too but i sound like shit. but i blame my cheap guitar for that because i play perfectly fine always xD

  • Is this mic'ed or did you use the DI out?

  • @punkeratheart Direct from the back of the amp to the computer. Probably would have sounded better miced, tho.

  • whats the tone and gain at and is it on classic stack

  • what are the settingss for green day welcome to paradise?

  • great demo beggar, i find your playing great. a lot more useful to hear what an actual song sounds like thru this rather than some plonker with an out-of-tune guitar trying to do some blues licks.

how would you reckon this sounds with a guitar with P90 pus?

  • is classic stack an overdrive sound or a distorion sound?

  • Drivey, but crank the gain and it gets real heavy. The audio here doesn't do it justice, it sounds alot like Iced Earth with the gain and tone up all and most of the way, respectively.

  • Iced Earth eh? Interesting. Another good demo

  • wath are the settings?

  • settings weren't anything special, about half gain for classic rock, tone at around 11-12 o clock, prolly some reverb. Slayer was max gain and tone.

  • do you have a line 6 micro spider too?

cause I've been trying to decide between this and the micro spider.

cause I can't find any videos comparing the two.

    really great playing btw.

  • Spider= more versatile

    Cube= better tone

  • Definately right, the roland has actually a little tone to it. While the spider cube sounds like a razor as always. Now all we need is a micro-cube vs. spider cube vid to prove it.

    peace

  • The Spider is horrible.

Seriously, horrible is an understatement, if you buy it, I will hunt you down and burn it.

  • hahaha okay.

I think i'm going with the vox vt 15 though.

i have to save enough money.

  • is this a good amp for someone who just likes to jam and really won't play in any gig?

also, does it get a good sound when the volume is low? thx

great playing... don't worry it's better than my playing.

  • imo, yes and yes. And thanks.

  • Can't wait. What's the first song?

  • You Shook Me by AC/DC. Oy, listening to it again, there's like a volume problem and I kinda fucked it up. Painful to listen to.

  • i love this amp im getting one for christmas even though i have played thousand dollar amps this thing the the absolute backstage amp! nice demo

  • Thanks.

  • thnx dude for showing me what the micro cube can do

  • F'sho.

  • Very nice

  • nice
