do you know from which concert this is? the interesting thing here is that the videos is shot by various people in the audience, but the sound is from the soundboard, i read once that almost the whole 1994 tour was recorded professionally. i'd faint if all these tapes would come out one day, cause this was one of the best floyd tours ever IMO.

The amazing thing about Gilmore's soloing work is that it is not difficult technically but incredibly melodic and soulful which shows that being technically gifted doesn't mean anything if you cannot produce an emotional response. This is one of the best instrumental ever recorded.

Yeah! Couldn't agree more. One hears so many guitarists who play really quick technical stuff but there's no feeling there. It seems Gilmour puts his soul into every note and that's particularly evident in this track.
