I'm pretty sure this is the song that's on a lot of old Warner Brothers cartoons. And idea how that came about, or where they lyrics on the cartoon came from?

@NICKELz8888 --Yes, it was a Tweety cartoon. If I remember correctly, it opened on Tweety in his cage, singing "Hula Lu" (or "Huwa Wu", as he sang it). Remembering that snatch of song made my google it ;)
