MSC Web-Page lists a (example) 2003 Suzuki GSXR 1000 at 10.4 for the standing qtr and top speed 180.9 MPH...I think thr R6 gave old gixxer a run for his money...Well done dude!!!
your rs wont be much slower then the 250.. and this you can check for yourself.. if you want ill even give you the links.. 250 does 100mph while rs does 93mph and if you change the exhaust you will do 120mph

@HITMAN45742 not this model, the new fly-by-wire r6 bought out in 2006 was around the 130mark but the 03-05 is around 105 iirc with the 05 having a few more ponies than the 03-04 model iirc (someone correct me if i'm wrong)
@HITMAN45742 You aint wrong lol, just had a look on wikipedia and the 02 is 118.3bhp (122 sounds right with exhaust), 03/04 is 115.3bhp, 05 is 118.3bhp (probably about the same power as yours with my akrapovic), 06 is 125.3bhp, 09 is 127bhp. Simple answer - they're all quick enough to leave you with brown pants lol

Yeah he's granny shifting for sure. Everybody has their own riding style but something seems very "new" about the way he's riding. I'd bet at the time of this video he hadn't been riding more than a year. I know because that's how I used to ride.
Granny shifting is just poor rider performance. Taking the RPMs too far, taking really long to shift, slow release on the clutch, not rev matching, hitting the throotle before exiting the friction zone. Mostly new riders do it. It's part of learning. Most experienced riders stay away from guys like that because they're dangerous.
Example: The first short shift leaving the parking lot, again @ 3:07, 3:40 looked like he had another gear to go but didn't shift & got smoked, again at 4:12. He's basically exiting the powerband then shifting. It looks like he's having fun tho so I guess 2 each his own
