Nice to hear an older caricature street organ and it is so good that it become listed for the nation. It has many personality's. , made in the time of pre 1914 dance organ sound and has some of there qualities. Lovely to hear.
That arrangement of "Les sourires" by Jan Kees de Ruijter sounds stunning on this organ. It's always a joy to hear this organ - so versatile with a unique sound! Hats off to the Vergeer team!
I had the pleasure of seeing this organ working on the streets in Gouda earlier this year,i think it's a fantastic organ with a really versatile scale and it great that it has never been altered and still retains the original pipework,it has the highest pitched Harmonic Flutes i have ever heard!,behind then is the Vox Humana pipes, both metal and wood and the xylophone is controlled by a manual register next to the keyframe.
@petermackett37 Thanks! It was the first time I had ever seen and heard this organ, and I was most impressed by its unique sound - much as I love the 'Carl Frei' sound, this one is completely different and very enjoyable to listen to.

Jan-Kees, wat een mooi, veelzijdig arrangement, van Les Sourires, Super!
Ik heb ervan genoten, op dit geweldige orgel, de Pansfluiter.
Maarre... Adrie, mag `ie volgende keer handgedraaid, alsjeblieft?
Nèt even meer betrokken, meer timing, misschien??

@bietebouwer It is an excellent arrangement, really uses all the pipework very well and makes the organ sound much larger than it is.
