  • @greatbalance: When Brahma (universe) was created with the super explosion of atom with a sound of OM, trillions of Agnis were born, which is stars in the sky or Sun. Agnis provides life throughout the universe, that is Vishnu. The super Nova who destroys the universe of Agni is Shiva. Scientifically named entire Cosmos and we are part of that universe. One Agni is Ghanesha in our solar system. So, in every Hindu puja, first we worship the Ghanesha, the Sun God. Meaning worshiping the universe.
