awesome dude! Soon as the contractors finish my garage I'm going to be posting videos getting back in shape with stuff I've picked up from your channel and my classes with Dave Whitley. Once I get my PT certification next fall, I'm going to think about picking up RKC.
@durty1calhoun Dave is the bent press king. he taught me how to do it in like 5 minutes and then his deepening your getup skills reinforced it when i went to try it again. i had this pressed in a week of just practicing this
i only "like" this b/c i am awesome. seriously though, that rocked! gives me the drive to get there one day. this is probably one of the safest ways to lift a lot of weight overhead as long as you know what you're doing and PRACTICE perfect technique before progressing to heavier weight. that was a great practice session eric.
@stasm06 kinda sorta. it is more difficult because of how technical it is but when you have it down you can do more weight then a standard military press because you are mainly supporting it till the weight shifts then you stand up
@DoingMoar it's actually not as dangerous as it looks. I've lost control a few times while making max attempts and you just get out of the way. doesn't normally fall back but usually to one side
@rockbodyfitness hey buddy would be nice if you put a warm up video. I really like kettle bells but i found at i never warmed up before, which is very important not because ill get old one day but because it's a precaution every athlete has to do.
@rockbodyfitness how do you eat?

Great way to throw your back out of alignment. Good luck with that.

@ParaPhilosopher funny how the people who do this sort of training never throw their back out. we build it up to be injury resistant

very cool great work! is a bent press easier then a strict press because your tilting away and lower ass you press up? just wondering...

That looks dangerous should you suddenly lose control of the weight.

@rockbodyfitness Pity neither spotters nor safety bars can aid in this.
