  • I'm assuming you dont drive this pass everyday like alot of people do. looks like the road had just been sanded from another plow ahead of you as they usually go in twos up there. the last thing you really want to do up there is pull off the road when it's snowing as that is a good way to get stuck. I drove teton pass for 18 years as a daily commute in a volkswagon beetle with no inside heater LOL.. finally got sick of the long winters & now I'm somewhere a little warmer than that

  • I don't know what model it is, but the camera is a Kodak 12 megapixel point-and-shoot with an HD video setting. I just mounted the camera to my dash with a tripod and a couple of bungees, and plugged in the camera to the cigar lighter to keep from draining the camera battery.

  • Judging from your comments, it looks like you were white-knuckling it. I know how it can be in those high mountains in a snowstorm. I got caught in a snowstorm in the San Gabriels here in SoCal about 8 years ago. Glad I had 4-wheel drive. One guy I saw was in a low rider car. What an idiot. LOL! Anyway, if you hit a patch of ice, even with 4-wheel, ain't nothing you can do. So I was white-knuckling it as well. Glad to see you made it through. What kind of camera do you have? Nice clear image.
