Hi ... I wanted to know if the BR600 is able to produce a final song in mp3 or another format I'd be able to convert to MP3. I need a simple recorder and to be able to get to the finished product (whole song) either from the device directly or with some software with a PC. Thanks!!
I had a problem while bouncing trax when it kept freezing and said (Drive Busy) I got round this by clicking Undo one V track at a time and Re-do again if it still froze when I played back until I finaly undid one track and it no longer froze up. It meant re-recording the one track but saved me re-doing all 7 recordings as well as the drum arrangement. Once I new what I was doing it only took 20 minutes to locate the corrupted track and another 10 mins to redo the removed track. Hope this helps
@x00001787 At the time of the BR-600's release a 1GB card was considered enough and also the technology of compact flash cards has evolved since then making not all cards work with the device. This is why Roland have decided to supply a card they know will work through their website.
Hi, the recorder I purchased came with a 128Mb Compact Flash memory which quickly runs out of space.Do you know if any Compact Flash is compatible with the BR .I was looking at buying a 2Gb Compact Flash just want to make sure I wont run into issues.
i was wondering if you could help me, i've got a boss br-600 but i'm having trouble saving a single song to my computer as it only saves the first track and not multi layered tracks (ie if i play guitar on one track then sing on another..only the guitar is saved to my computer) any advice would rally be appreciated, thanks very much :)
@bubsy1990 Hi bubsy1990. Before exporting your multi tracks you must first BOUNCE the project down to one stereo track and then export that bounced track.
can i use a multi track recorder to record myself playing a keyboard....with just a midi keyboard midi cables and a multi track recorder that is midi compatible
Great demo. Shows how easy and quick this unit is. I have one myself and have really enjoyed it. Check out my stuff under my YouTube username, "Rickocaster".

Thanks for the demo. I'm learning how to use this unit and I love it so far. I just uploaded my first song from the BR 600 called Abstract.
