final mix is aversion of kh and kh2 that is exclusive to japan, so if you dont live there, or own a japapnese ps2 or a swap magic, you cant fight those. I know, we're all sad.

No, but single translations are not hard to do. So if you are familiar with the NA version of the game, it's not hard to understand just the new parts, with a minimum of effort.

It's in Japanese, not some uncrackable code. It's not that hard to translate, even if you don't have a firm grasp on the language. There are also translations online for the cutscenes, etc.

things japan leaves out for kingdom hearts: Keyblades, Enemies, Palletes, Parts Of Story Line, Bosses, and Areas. I don't see why they should leave out this stuff especially story, areas, bosses, enemies, and keyblades we can live w/out thier special palletes. everything else should b kept 4 the u.s. to have as well. and if u know 1 of the original japanese staff members for kingdom hearts plz tell them 2 stop leaving out shit. there is no prob w/ things that u sell only in ur country. if you

Wow. The English release of Kingdom Hearts had added stuff that the Japanese release didn't. People in Japan pretty much said the same thing you're saying, so they created an international version. Thus, Final Mix. It has all the extra fights that the English release contained, and new content. All Final Mix is, is just the English game with Japanese menus and subtitles. Chill out.
