@TitaniumToothpaste even though you commented this a year ago, i think i have some answers... if you have a good or decent program you can most of the time remove the background if it's for example white and your using a black pencil or you can just cut out the white background :D hope it helps even though you most likely already know :)
wow pretty nice omg :S if i rate the animation and the drawings i give you million points :S the moves are looking smooth :D so now to the story :O i liked it :P and the girl looks pretty nice :O

i have a question about traditional animation though
how do you make more than one layer drawing on paper, like backgrounds, or stationary elements,
and how do you put the drawings into whatever program to color them and combine them
