You do have equal rights...the same, EXACT rights that everyone else has - the freedom to marry someone of the opposite sex. You want special rights, which would overturn a proven institution that has stablized families and countries for thousands of years.

I am not a protester and voted yes on 8. Obstructing traffic is against the law. If you read my comment I suggest full prosecution. I just didn't list traffic violations.

I think you should be allowed to run them over when they block traffic. When I see people block traffic I am less likely to listen to their point of view.

I don't believe they should be run over but I do think, as I said before, they should be punished to the full extent of the law. If they resist arrest Taze them.

I also think if the step foot on a Church's property they should be charged with aggravated trespassing and a hate crime. The trespassing would be upheld in court but the hate crime wouldn't, but in my opinion, it is a hate crime.
