@arunachalesha , it's more in the sense of two worlds , ek duniya jo is zameen par hai and the second 1 which is heaven up above (or may be hell,who knows? ) . jahaan literally means the world in urdu. aur mere bhai, main waisey bhi fauji admi hoon so this is the best i can come up with.hope it answers ur question.

@arunachalesha: Dear this has nothing to do with zameen and heavenor heart at two places; here it is used as this life and afterlife; what he is trying to convey is that "with your ishq/love being bestowed upon me, I have acquired the wealths of both jahans/worlds". It is said to learn that singing was Kabban Mirza's passion. He had such a beautiful and unique sound but just shining on the horizon of Bollywood and the world with just 3 songs/ghazals. He contracted throat cancer and after that he sould sing NO more :( i wish he had sung many more masterpeices such as this one.
