  • @FireflyHeartBurn152 62 cals, if you do it 7 times (that's what I do) then its 434 cals, so if you want to get an effective workout from it you have to do it at least 5 times.

  • Is this more effective to do twice in a row as 1 workout or once with with aother workout?

  • Clearly if you haven't worked out for a while you shouldn't be starting out with high impact aerobics. I had no problem keeping up with her. This is a nice, short, 9 minute workout to get your blood pumping.

  • This is great! I work out to this everday at least once, usually two but sometimes three times! Just fun and a great workout!

  • i like this video, it's great if you haven't exercised in a while. but yeah the adverts are annnoying and you kind of lose track of what you're doing sometimes.

  • i think you should stop showing the strive fitness website so much its very annoying, gets in the way of the workout, and its frequency makes me want to visit the site less. I'm sure others feel this way please change it. ^ ^

  • Yes you will be able to, just make sure you don't slack off with your exercise and diet or anything..

  • @saima4you this was make for you; to have an idea to improve or make an aerobics class you need music like the video one and do all the steps; one of the things in the aerobics class is the memory

  • @saima4you lol no, this only burns 62 cals. you'll have to do a lot more than that to lose.

  • I remember when I first started by decision to loose weight. I couldn't even do the whole thing. This was a nice vid that helped me get started; now halfway down the road, 70lbs lighter I still use it when I don't have much time for a drawn out workout.; Thanks ! =D

  • I first do the low impact, than the high impact (this one) and after that, I stretch and cool down this made me lose two kilos once :)

  • There is nothing more frustrating than starting a brand new workout video wanting to sweat from the first workout and not being able to keep up because you change the routine after EVERY 8 COUNT!!!!! SUCK!
