Do they practice before they dance for the video? Or do they just follow

@MBH96 When I add a new song I usually teach it for three weeks in a row to make sure they get the hang of it...but no...we do not practice before...this was a live class which is not how I normally film...and you can't tell, but there are another 15-20 people standing on the opposite side of the room because they did not want to be filmed...so I just let the people who feel comfortable stand in the camera view.

I found your videos online about a month ago, and I LOVE them! You are so stinking cute! I have been doing them at home and actually look forward to my workout each day. I'm dying to know, since the moves are more involved than something like aerobics, how do you teach the class? Do you break down each routine once ahead of time, or bit by bit, or dive right in...?
