I'm sorry, for transparent chao i can't help you. With Gerbil soft you can have only transparent red and purple chao (shiny or not, two tone or not)...

For invisible chao instead i can help you: Choose a mask in AL_BODY like to hole for eyes of masks, export and recolour all black (pefect black). import and choose texture for your chao until that you will see your chao invisible...

You can change eyes colour of hero, neutral, Dark and devil chaos chao.

Don't change half transparent textures, it not works well...
