I was a nuisance to Cloud9 constantly emailing them and calling to ask when they were going to release a dvd of this series and they kept saying they weren't, but lo and behold on a whim I looked it up on fishpond.co.nz and they finally released one! 4 disks give you all 8 episodes plus these bloopers and a behind the scenes doco. Not expensive at all! Its fantabulous you should all go buy :)

i enjoyed seeing the outtakes and it looked like a real fun project to film. i originally saw these on channel five back in the 90's and have bought the dvd set since. however, i could not get hold of the island of adventure - anybody have it out there ?

This is rather good fun. It was a nice little series. I have particularly fond memories of Malcolm Jamieson doing his damnedest to be menaced by a fabulously fake rubber shark. :)
