  • For sleeman i only ever had the draught freom the cans 1-3times(probably once)and the light beer from the can a bunch of times. i like the light more but wouldnt make a point of getting it again probably but I got some beers for future reviews and one is this beer from the can and it was $1.95 a can. Now i own 2 different brown beers may never had a brown b4 and for honey I had yankey jim yrs ago and then when i couldnt find it yrs ago tryed klakport honey both out cans. lakport honey is awful

  • i like the sleemans creme ale the best.

  • you sound like an american

  • @korva23222 No he don't, he sounds like a Maritimer

  • Seth Rogen is drinking this Honey Brown!?

  • I live in Canada I also like Sleeman's Silver Creek

  • @cocacolasexyboy Silver Creek I didnt like at all

  • @krazykanadian6 to each there own!

  • This is also a beer i really, enjoy taste great i love it.

  • Sleeman's Honey Brown is my go to macro brew. I pick up a 12 for BBQ's, and parties.

The real good stuff stays at home.

  • Bought 6pack to try. The Sleeman honey brown was disappointing. There is a smokey flavor. I couldn't taste the honey :( but i do taste some bitterness. Bread tastes better. I don't know, it just wasn't for me. Well this is my opinion and I feel that Rickard's Honey Brown tastes better.

  • great review! haha ive got my pick from my prom weekend! and PS you sound like seth rogen ! (compliment)

  • @4fronator A lot of people tell me that I sounds like him, but never in real life, just on YouTube. Hope you enjoy the beer.

  • @elharlock Just wanted to say I used to be 4fronator, and now I'm Mr. Kyle Popovich. Almost a year later and I'm still watching your videos ! thanks for entertaining me and giving me great suggestions on beers !!! keep them coming.

  • @MrKylePopovich Cheers. Thanks very much for the support.

  • Sleeman does not sell to the USA but is it possible for a Canadian civilian could buy a bunch and ship it through to the states? If so anybody let me know because this is my favorite beer and I am willing to pay hundreds for a good amount.

  • @chuntley83 Sorry, but it's next to impossible to send booze in or out of Canada.

  • @elharlock There's ways around that. ;) Just tell them it is a snow globe or a lava lamp. a YouTube user (CraigTube) just got a beer sent to him from the U.K (he lives in Ontario).

If you haven't checked him out already (CraigTube), you should. He's got a lot of homebrewing videos you might like.

  • @elharlock I'm sure i seen videos that would say yes but you send beers throw out Canada. How are the peppeller's?

  • @elharlock not necessarily. Crown Royal is a Canadian whiskey and is often exported to the the States

  • @ThePGeraFuckingSucks Yeah, but Crown Royal has the right to seel their product there. That's different than just sending beer across the border to a private citizen. At any rate, I retract my reply to this person above as I've since done many beer trades with American beertubers, and although it's illegal, they pretty much let it slide.

  • this guy sounds like fucking seth rogan!!!!!!

  • is its like a mead?

  • I've never had mead, but I'd have to say no.

  • Drinking one of these right now. The store ran out of Newcastle Brown, so I decided to give this a wirl. I am quite surprised.

  • DAAAAM i shoulda got the honeys i got the origonals drinkin one right now watch trhis

  • Real good beers, nice taste, nice smell, nice colour. the smell in the bottle days after even smells good.

  • I agree, it IS the best out of their selection pack. I had it some time ago and didn't find it tasty at all. However this time, I liked it much more. It was surely a nice surprise! +)

  • Yeah, the quality varies betwen bottles with Sleemans The second bottle I had of this, the next night, tasted really watery.

  • I've never seen Sleeman Beer down here, but watching this I think I'm going to have to try a Honey Brown. I've had one or two years ago but can't really remember the taste.

  • Yeah, I'm not sure how much they export outside of Canada. I'm not a big fan of honey brown ales and lagers, as most of the ones I've had tend to taste like someone watered down some honey or something. But this was pretty damn good stuff.

  • Cool! I think eventually I'm going to have to start branching out and doing some food pairings and cooking with beer.

  • This is BY FAR one of my favorite Honey Brown Lagers. I typically use this one for beer battered Fish. Gives it a great brown toasty taste to the meat if you ever get the chance. You're right about the honey toast flavor. I've done the 6 pack of these, it is really a good beer. I plan to do a tour of their brewery in the new year.
