I felt the same....I was really skeptical. I didn't like the taste. I had to force myself to drink it and it made me feel naucious. I take it in the morning and inbetween lunch/dinner. Always on an empty stomach. My 1st day on ASEA I literally cleaned my entire basement, reorganized the house, finished a painting project, did laundry, cleaned all the floors, made dinner, folded laundry and then I decided to go shopping, pet store, movie, walked the dog.....I could never do that before.

Since our cells contain salt water, it makes scenes that a product working at a cellular level should have salt water in it.
