People are so stuck on who did it this and that first. It doesn't matter. I used a dark blue as the base w/ teal, magenta, & yellow as the space colors with muli glitter on top and chucky silver glitter(rbs. the stars). Also as a little touch I put a gold line across on my (ring finger, nail) to look like a shooting star :) ahhh im obsessed, looks so cool to look at :D
