basically the toy was having fun enjoying himself but he couldnt see anything. As soon as the door opened he realized from his sourroundings..that he was abandoned..then the toy stopped playing looking down in sadness

Oh! so the old toy was playing alone in the closet,..all alone and then the kid came and threw the ball in! that ,means the ball became a old toy too! so that gave the other old toy no hope..:( beutiful...but i cryed :(

I didn't see what was so confusing about it. A toy that a kid didn't want anymore was put in a closet. When the door opens, it thinks it has a chance to get out and be played with again, but it turns out it was just another toy being forgotten. I thought it was very sad.
