Judging from your records 10 catches of 5 balls is bad for you, so it definitely has a big effect. People CAN drive a car when they are drunk, just not all that well ;)

I don't think he practices any more than 6 hours a day because he's overweight.

my records like 65 catches but i can generally get 45 consistenly. Thats with a clean finish and stopping if the pattern gets sloppy though.

2 ball juggling isn't juggling in the first place.
Juggling: Manipulating more objects than are manipulating them. Ex. 3 balls, 2 hands.
2 balls and 2 hands is not juggling. 2 balls 1 hand is though.
