  • @SoulIgorski1 He said 15 lbs which is equivalent to 6.8kgs. You are doing 4kg which is equivalent to 8.8 lbs, which is not bad at all.

  • @TheJJRoth: I don't think it was the skill that was improved. The only thing that this workout will do is make your muscles bigger and harder so that way it gives you more mass than the other players. That is how you are knocking them back.

  • All right. So I do not know if this is a side effect (so to speak) from this exercise, but I feel like my forearms are burning as well. I think this upper arm exercise may also be a forearm exercise as well.

  • I have been doing this with 30s and I can only do around 4 sets of 5 reps of those. I guess I should have started out lighter, but I have the 30 lbs dumbells, so I guess I am going to have to push myself a little.

  • Those are so hard. Started out by just doing 4 sets of 5 after y 4 sets of 25 forearm curls and twisers. My upper arms apparently need a lot of work.

  • It all depends guy, Everyone is different.. Some people look fantastic after just a few months of training, And others look exactly the same after training for 10 years.. If your just starting out forget about all these fancy routines and just train the entire body three times a week.. Mon wed and fri do theses 7 movements Bench presses, Bentover rows, Behind the neck presses, Barbell curls, Tricep ext, Squats, Incline sit ups, Do 4 x 8-12 reps on each exercise, and this will build a foundation

  • @MrMobsterking: Well, if you are just trying to build upper arms, and eating right, you'll probably see results in little as 4 weeks. I am actually doing this workout right now, but I am comparing it to the forearm exercises I also learned from his other video. When doing that for around 4 weeks, I noticed my forearm girth grow to around 2 inches. If I would have my guess, I would assume that this workout will leave you seeing some kind of mini cap, if you will, after four weeks.

  • @sabzy007: If you work hard, you should be able to do those 15s. I have faith in you dude.

  • I question the effectiveness of his rear delt exercise. I don't think swinging the weights backwards hits the rear delts effectively since the vector of movement (horizontal) is perpendicular to the force vector of the dumbbells (vertical). To work the rear delts effectively you should bend the torso forward so that it is roughly parallel to the ground and then perform the lateral movement with the dumbbells.

  • I followed his advice and did did exercise. This is really an amazing exercise. I loved it and I see the results when ever I do this. I would recommend you all to include this in your workout regime or schedule. You will see results. My weakness is shoulder and this exercise is helping me a lot. :)

    I hope this guy have other videos which talk about different things in detail or any one know any torrent links where this guy talks about bodybuilding. I can not buy the product from there site.

  • @mfmarcelotapia: I would do this every other day. 3 times a week and I started out with 30 pound weights. Yeah..I know, but I only did it because I had only bought 30 lb weights to do bicep curls with.

    I am not too sure how long it will take because I just started doing this about a week ago, but I did his forearm exercise routine and my forearms grew 2 more inches in girth over 4 weeks. Even so, I did his bicep and hammer workouts and I see a 3 inch increase in girth as well. takes 4 weeks.

  • As a disabled person, who has a heart problem, I am a skinny guy (too skinny), yet I am looking for a mild exercise regime to tone my muscles and also a diet to help build the muscle. If anyone has got ideas on where to find this the information would be apprecited.

  • @PvtFreddy: First, lay off the steroids because that will make the heart problem worse. Really, with a heart problem, it is going to be due to mostly diet. I would not work out with a heart problem.

  • Man fuck this guy you don't get definition by lifting weights you get definition by doing cardio and good dieting. Lifting weights is only for maintaining muscle or getting stronger.

  • @moneyforreald: Cardio and dieting is only for losing fat. Dieting with certain nutrients (protein, carbs etc.) can also help you gain muscle as well. Lifting weights tears the muscles and that tear-repair is what builds muscles. He knows what he is talking about because I have been doing his workouts and I see results. Running and eating well never did shit for me.

If you are squating heavy weight than you are not getting taller any time soon but as long as you feel that you have grown in your bone structure enough, than you are fine. But you should first consult with your physician or doctor at your next check up. ok?

    Depends on your weight,

    I used to play football, and as running back I need strong legs mainly, but I guess for you if your 110-150lbs, 10lbs-15lbs dumb-bells with as many reps N' sets as possible should do great, 2-3weeks and you'll be ripped on your shoulders.

    the best advice i can give you is quality over qaunity and focus on compound exercises like bench press squats push ups and core excercises

    you need the core strength for balance and it helps you alot on the impact as u hit the line

    keeps u stable and allows you to drive more with your legs and ull be more agile

    ull be running like mitchell aubusson or gasnier in no time

    calf raises are good i find they help you with acceleration if you pump some heavy calf raises they help you spring off the mark like when you step

    you should do alot of weights but alot of body exercises too like dips push ups chin ups sit ups to keep you strong for your size and quick

    exposive strength and core strength are the key to rugby league

  • @croatprid3 weights are all about progressive overload what that means is over time you must increase your weight on your exercises or you wont see gains

    triceps are 2 thirds of your arm so bicep curls are pointless unless your just starting weights

    most of all just train hard stay dedicated and dont smoke cigerettes or pot because thats why im not playing toyota cup because i started smoking pot and havent stoped

    i get phonecalls once a year

    but im too stupid to stop smoking

    i was in alot of high level representative sides then one day i had a smoke the next day i had another then started smoking pot and never stoped

    my last year of footy i had no indurance and i used to spew up after a 15 minute stint i used to play every minute of every game and after smoking i couldnt last 20 minutes on the field

    now im sitting at home watching my team mates play nrl n toyota cup

  • @cpsparow Both. You need to eat enough before because if you don't, what calories are you burning? You need to burn calories to gain muscle. After, eat something full of protein. Chicken, eggs, etc. Look into some Whey Protein as well.
